Our 21027 Premier Women's Coaches

We're excited to confirm our Premier Women's coaching team for 2027!

• Head Coach: Nick Turnbull
• Assistant Coach: Zac Russell-Sharam
• Manager: Don Dunston

The club would like to welcome experienced coach Nick Turnbull to the Eagles Family in 2027. With an extensive history of coaching colts and reserve grade teams at both Wests and University of QLD, Nick is a current Rugby Australia Level 3 Coach. Nick has also been recently involved in various QLD Reds junior pathway programs.

Joining Nick will be Zac Rusell-Sharam, with Don Dunston returning as Team Manager in 2027. Zac has extensive coaching experience at GPS, Wests and the Rangers in Toowoomba, and is looking forward to the challenge with the Eagles in 2027.

The club would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Kris Stafford, Jarrod Eglen and Lui Pereira for their contribution to the Eagles Women's Program over the past few seasons. Kris will not be lost to the club's coaching ranks, stepping sideways to take on an Eagles Senior Men's Team next year.

With this exciting leadership group, our Premier Women are set up for a big season ahead. Welcome back Don and welcome aboard Nick and Zac!
