2018 Annual General Meeting

This notice is to advise of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of North Brisbane Rugby Union Club Inc.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
 
Date: Wednesday 5th December 2018
Time: 6:30pm
Location: North Brisbane Rugby Union Clubhouse, 150 Shaw Road, WOOLOOWIN QLD 4030

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about the operations and finances of North Brisbane Rugby Union Club Inc
• ask questions about the operations and finances of North Brisbane Rugby Union Club Inc
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the Auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements
• appoint and pay an Auditor
• elect the Committee

Expressions of Interest - Committee Positions

Any individuals with a background in the following areas are being sort by the North Brisbane Rugby Union Club Inc to apply for a role on the 2019 Committee:

• Grants/Government Relations
• Events
• Sports Development
• Sponsorship 
• Marketing
